• Deposits for project work are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable law.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

For service engagements, either party may terminate per the notice terms in the Engagement Agreement. Work completed up to the effective date of termination remains billable. Statutory rights of consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables specified in the Engagement Agreement are assigned or licensed to the client as set out therein. We retain the right to use general know-how, tools, and non-confidential techniques developed in the course of the work.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for purposes of the engagement.

6. No Investment Services

Any proprietary trading or investment activity conducted by us is undertaken solely for our own account. We do not manage third-party funds, provide investment advice, solicit investments, or offer any regulated financial service to the public. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice or an offer of securities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health remains unlimited where the law so requires.
